- Eligibility:
- Graduating senior
- PTA member of Area II
- Interested in attending an accredited 4 year or 2 year college/university
- Satisfactory scholastic record acknowledged by administrator, counselor, or teacher
- Essay Topic:
- Discuss a special attribute or accomplishment that sets you apart from your peers\
- Deadline: March 12, 2016
