  • Presidential Scholarship
    • For top academic incoming freshman who have been accepted into the Honors College
    • Award: Benefits for 8 semesters: tuition & fees, housing, a $2,000 living-expense stipend, a one-time $2,500 study-abroad stipend and eligibility for a university assistantship

GA Farm Bureau-Technical College Scholarship for Agriculture

  • Georgia Farm Bureau is offering up to $65,000 in scholarships to Georgia students pursuing a degree related to agriculture, veterinary medicine, family and consumer sciences or a related field.

American Legion Oratorical Scholarship Program- Constitutional Speech Competition

  • Eligibility: Grades 9-12
  • Prepared Oration: 10 minutes on some aspect of the Constitution with emphasis on a citizen's duties and obligation to our government
  • Assigned Topic: 5 minutes on one of the following (randomly selected)
    • Amendment 8
    • Amendment 26
    • Article 1, Sec. 9, Para. 2
    • Article 1, Sec. 6, Clause 1
  • Scholarship awards are presented to the three finalists in the final round of the national contest as follows:
    • 1st- $18,000
    • 2nd- $16,000
    • 3rd- $14,000
  • Each state winner will receive $1,500
