- Eligibility of students will be based on financial need.
- Academic achievement, school, and community involvement/activities may be taken into consideration.
- Applicants must be eligible for admission to a technical school, 2 year college or 4 year university/college.
- Priority will be given to students attending schools or colleges/universities in Georgia.
