Peachtree Corners Business Association Scholarship

The Peachtree Corners Business Association (PCBA) is excited to announce our sixth annual scholarship opportunity for local graduating high school Seniors who reside in Peachtree Corners, or attend Norcross High School, Wesleyan High School, Paul Duke Stem High School, or Duluth High School, or are a Child of a PCBA Member (in good standing), who demonstrate community spirit and initiative. 

The PCBA will award two $1,000 scholarships to deserving graduating high school seniors.


Applications are now being accepted for the 2018- 2019 Student Scholarship Program.

Students are invited to apply no later than March 27th, 2019.

Sealed Transcripts may be sent to the PCBA office at

Qualifications Include:
Currently, both scholarships will be awarded to graduating Seniors who meet at least one of the following criteria:
______ Resident of Peachtree Corners
______ Senior at Norcross HS, Wesleyan HS, Paul Duke Stem HS, or Duluth HS
______ Child of PCBA Member (in good standing)

Applications must include the application form, a copy of the student's sealed, or official transcript showing cumulative GPA, an essay of 500 words or less describing why you are the best candidate for the scholarship and a separate page listing any of the following the student has been associated with, and give a brief description of your involvement: 
  1. School Organization Affiliation
  2. Sports Affiliation
  3. Extra-Curricular Activities
  4. Areas of Community Involvement
  5. Personal time donated to Charitable/Humanitarian causes

“The PCBA is proud to continue this scholarship opportunity, which recognizes local students who have positively impacted the community,” says Brad Kluesner, the PCBA Community Outreach Chair.  “In previous years, we were impressed at the dedication to community service we saw from applicants. We look forward to honoring the deserving students who receive these scholarships,” shares Kluesner.  Funds for the scholarships are raised throughout the year from PCBA membership, sponsorship, and our annual charity event. 

The Peachtree Corners Business Association is a business networking association for those conducting business in the Metro - Atlanta area, including Peachtree Corners, the largest city in Gwinnett County.  The association provides various programs, events, and opportunities for the enrichment of its members and the surrounding areas.  One of the key initiatives of the PCBA is community outreach.  Focus is given to identify opportunities to support the local community through charitable giving and service.
