Eligibility
- Must be a graduated high school senior who plans to attend college to pursue a degree in education and then return to Georgia to teach
- Send in a copy of your SAT or ACT scores
- Send in a copy if your transcript indication your high school GPA
- Write a two page, double-spaced, typed essay expressing your desire to be a teacher and why. Indicate the field in which you wish to teach in the public schools. Describe any experiences you have had which have helped shape your decision to pursue a career in the field of education.
- Two letters of reference; one from a teacher and one from an administrator or counselor in your current high school who can attest to your potential as a prospective education major.
