- Up to an in state rate per year
- Eligibility
- US Citizen
- Age 17 by scholarship activation
- Meet physical fitness standards
- Cannot be a parent
- Minimum testing scores
- SAT- 1180 ACT-26 both without writing scores
- Deadline to apply is December 1, 2014
