Words Of Comfort Scholarship

To complete your application, please submit the following supporting documents.

• Resume (should demonstrate community service/activities and any employment/internship experiences, school activities, school honors and awards, computer skills).
• Two SEALED letters of recommendation together with two Applicant Ability and Skills Rating Forms (One-School teacher or counselor/One-Community leader unrelated to applicant)
• High School Transcript (Applicants may submit a copy of unofficial or official)
• Verification of US Citizenship (If selected, copy of birth certificate is required)
• College Scholarship Application Certification Form
• Essay: In a minimum of 500 words, please address ONE of the following questions:
1. What do you consider to be the most important societal problem? Why?
2. Explain the importance of your planned major in today's society.
3. What does it mean to give back to the community?

Supporting Documents must be postmarked by the deadline: Friday, May 16, 2014. Submit materials to:
