In order to be eligible students must:

• Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
• High seniors, or current full-time undergrad or grad students at an accredited college or university in the United States.

Does Sussle sell student information or market to them after they sign up? No they do not. The goals of the scholarship are only to incentivize students to use the site, and of course to help students pay for their education. You'll notice that there aren't even advertisements on the site.
