United Ebony Society of Gwinnett County, Inc. Robbie Susan Moore Scholarships

This award will given to college-bound high school seniors who are in the Gwinnett County Public School System. Applicants must be planning to attend a 2-4 year college or university.

Two applicants will each recieve $1,000 and selection is based on volunteer work, commitment to making a difference in the community, leadership roles, and involvement in the community.

In order to be eligible applicants must:

• Have a minimum GPA of 2.7
• Plan to enroll in an accredited 2-4 year institution in fall 2013 as a full-time undergraduate student
• Submit an essay with 300 words on a designated topic
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a volunteer experience
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a school faculty member
