The John T. Wheeler Scholarship is offered by Quota International of Northside Atlanta. Quota assists those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. All deaf or hard-of-hearing Georgia high school seniors, who have been diagnosed with a moderate to profound hearing loss and intend to enroll in college in the 2013-2014 school year may apply.
Quota is looking for students who are involved in extra-curricular activities, at or outside their school, and students who are academically talented.
The dealine for applications is April 1 at 5PM.
