Deaf or hard-of -hearing Georiga high school seniors diagnosed with a moderate to profound hearing loss who plan to attend college in 2013-2014 may apply for the $5,000 John T. Miller Memorial Scholarship offered by Quota International of Northside Atlanta. Applicants must excel academically and be active in extra-curricular activities including, but on limited to, school clubs, community organizations, working and volunteering.
