Qualified candidates are eligible to compete for scholarships ranging from $2,000 per year up to full a scholarship, which is valued at approximately $45,000 per year.
-Students must rank in the top 10% of the class.
-They must have achieved a minimum score of 1250 (critical reading and math combined) on the PSAT and SAT. or 28 composite on the PLAN or ACT.
-They must, in your opinion, demonstrate qualities of scholarship, leadership, and potential for success.

Nominees are screened by the Wofford Scholars Selection Committee. If students meet the Scholars' criteria, they will be invited to participate on Wofford Scholars day. This half-day program includes interviews for the students and various information sessions for nominees and their parents.
