- UWG Institutional Scholarships (Suntrust scholarship): Rewards students of different ethnicities, hometowns, majors, etc.
- The Goizueta Scholarship: committed to the recruitment, retention, and success of Hispanic students.
- UWG's Foundation Scholarship Program: Recognizes academic success in varying amonts up to $5,000. Must have a GPA of 3.5, SAT Critical Reading of 550 minimum or ACT English score of 24, SAT Math of 550 minimum or ACT of 23. Desire to become involved in student leadership opportunities within the Office of Housing & Residence Life or on campus organizations and community service activities while at UWG.
- Emerge West Leadership Award: Incoming freshmen students who exemplify leadership characteristics. Must have a high school GPA of 3.5 and class rank of top 10% and a combined SAT score of 1200.
