Scales of Justice Scholarship

• Awards $1,000 to the first place student and $500 to second and third place winners.
• Requires an essay in 1,000 words or less in response to the following question: 
• Given some of the recent events in the news, many people think the grand jury system needs to be changed. Does the grand jury system work? Why or Why not? What changes do you think need to be made, if any, and what effect would these changes have on the system of justice?
• Entries due by April 1
