FEMA Youth Preparedness Council Application (not a scholarship)

• The Youth Preparedness Council offers students the opportunity to develop as leaders in their community as they learn about emergency preparedness.

• The application requires a filled out application, 2 letters of recommendation, and optional supplemental materials.
