- Complete the application by November 4, 2014
- Go to the "Certification" page to print instructions for your certifier (counselor, school principal, head of a county 4-H program, Girl Scout council, American Red Cross chapter, YMCA, or HandsOn Network affiliate)
- Certifier has until Nov. 11, 2014 to submit nominations to state level judging.
- The winners of the state level will receive $1,000, a medallion, and an all expense paid trip with a parent to Washington D.C. May 2-5, 2015.
