The Joseph P. Crawford, CLU Memorial Scholarship was created by the NAIFA - Georgia Board of Directors to provide a scholarship to an undergraduate student who demonstrates exceptional academic performance a significant financial need. Eligible students may not be receiving a full tuition scholarship waiver from another source.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The following are eligiblity requirements for qualifying an applicant for the scholarship:
- Applicant must be resdient of the State of Georgia.
- Applicant must be a current graduate of a High School in Georgia the year in which you apply for a scholarship.
- Applicant must be enrooled in an accredited High School in Georgia
- Grade Point average must be 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Class Rank must be in top 10%.
- The family annual income must be at or below three (3) times the poverty level (set by Federal Guideline).
- Recipient will be chosen by the Scholarship Committee, Confirmed by the Board of Directors.
- Scholarship amount is determined by the Committee annually and is typically $2,000.
- Application Package must be postmarked no later than March 3, 2014.
