The National YoungArts Foundation

YoungArts identifies and supports the next generation of artists. Students may apply if they are:

• Actors, Dancers, Filmakers, Musicians, Photographs, Singers, Visual Artists, Writers
• Ages 15 - 18 or Grades 10 - 12

Now also accepting applicants for the new discipline - Design Arts!

Applicants are eligible for:

• Awards of up to $10,000 per student
• Master classes with world-renowned artists
• Access to scholarships, career opportunities and professional contacts
• Recognition for artistic excellence in the visual, literacy, performing and design arts
• Performance opportunities in the most prestigious venues around the country
• A chance to be recognized as a U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts
• The opportunity to appear in YoungArts MasterClass on HBO
